Spiritual healing works any time, anywhere, when we have a spiritual (rather than material) understanding of Being.
All we have to do is pray, and God is always right where we are.
But for those times when you feel you need extra help, direction, and support in prayer, you can call on a healer (a Christian Science practitioner) for treatment.

Spiritual healers (practitioners) are similar to counselors in that they will listen, talk with you, and provide guidance. We don't give human advice, but instead provide spiritual support by praying with you specifically about a problem — whether physical, mental, emotional, etc. What's different is that we don't delve into the problems — instead we seek, discover and declare the solutions together! Roll up your mental sleeves and get ready to take your thought in a brand new direction!
A healer in Christian Science works from a completely spiritual perspective rather than from a material view. It’s not necessary to meet in person. All consultations can take place by telephone, email, or even by snailmail. This is sometimes called “absent treatment.” The healer and the patient work together with love and gratitude to witness the Truth of Being — God does the healing!
When you receive Christian Science treatment, you learn of practical tools you can use to address each symptom or issue — spiritually. Participate in the spiritual reality — and watch the healing taking place!
