Allow 3 to 15 calendar days for delivery of product(s) depending on your location and choice of shipping method.  If there is any problem with the shipment of your item(s) we will work with you and make every effort to ensure you receive what you ordered, and when you expected delivery.

United States Shipments

Customer's book orders will be shipped by their choice of either United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service. The rates for each shipping option shall be automatically calculated, displayed for Customer selection and added to the final purchase price of all book orders placed through our Website.

 

US Postal Service:

·         Media Mail delivery will arrive between 3 and 10 days.

·         Shipping & Handling Charge:  $3.00 per book, flat rate.

 

United Parcel Service:

·         Choice of UPS Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day, or Next Day delivery service.

·         Shipping rates for these services are set by UPS and are automatically calculated and displayed by our Website as a Customer completes a book order.

·         The automatic calculations are dependant on book order's total weight, selectable speed of delivery and distance to final destination. 

 

 

International Shipments and Book Orders

All international book orders and shipments of Five Smooth Stones are handled by Amazon.com.  However, if you have a special order request, there is a possibility we may be able to fulfill your order from here if you can make payment in Euros through PayPal.
